We’ll respond fast within agreed deadlines. We’ll arrive on time with branded vans, uniforms and ID badges. We’ll always behave politely and considerately – including putting coveralls on over boots, dust sheets down where necessary, and tidying and vacuuming afterwards. And we’ll always complete a customer satisfaction sheet.
You can call on us for a complete one stop and final snagging service prior to occupation for everything from carpentry, plumbing and heating, painting and decorating to plastering, tiling, electrics, carpeting and locks. You can call on us again at the end of the twelve month defects period to take care of any repairs or wear and tear - settlement cracks, nail pops, easing of doors, re-grouting and sealing, any work needed on electrics, plumbing, heating or drainage, and so on.
We’ll do whatever you need us to do to support your maintenance agreement, and to get your Final Certificate of Completion.
